How long does it take to receive my order?
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a personal e-mail confirmation followed by a proof in 2 business days for your approval. Upon your approval, the order is processsed and shipped. Total turn around time for in stock items with ground shipping varies approximately 5-10 business days. We offer rush service for many items and overnight delivery for those pressed for time. Blank stock ships with in 3 business days. Photo Cards have a longer turn around time (approx. 10 business days). Please see the ordering information page for your specific item for more information on turn around time.

| What is Rush service? |
Rush service places your order at the top of our priority list. You will receive your proof up to 1 business day from the time your order is received. Keep in mind our business hours are 9-5 Pacific Standard time. Orders placed after close of business are received the next business day. We will be communicating via email so please provide an email address that you will check. Rush service has a 10.00 fee.
Photo cards and card stock invitations with item numbers starting with A, U or Q have a rush fee of $25.00 for Rush Processing. This fee is for faster processing 2 days post approval of the proof vs. 4-6.( Proofs are standard 1-2 days. ) |

| Do you send a proof prior to printing? |
Yes, You first proof (a picture of your item with your event's information) is free, additional proofs are $5.00. SOme items A, U or Q hava a 10.00 fee. Upon approval of your proof, no changes can be made.. If you missed a change or correction after your approval has been given we can reprint at your expense at a 20 percent discount. Should we miss a change, our policy is to re-print and re-ship. It is very important that you check very carefully for any errors prior to printing. All changes or corrections will be confirmed via email. We reserve the right to make adjustments in text placement or punctuation after your approval is given. Your approval is required for us to print. Please inform us if you will not be able to check for your proof. If you fail to respond in 10 business days we will ship your order per your initial instructions.

Do you have a minimum order or ordering increments?
Minimum order is 20 for most items printed or blank.
Some items are sold in increments.
Photo Cards have a minimum of 30-50. (no exceptions) Die cut and borders are sold in increments of
10. (no exceptions). See each item's ordering page for specifics. |

| Do you sell the stock blank to print myself? |
| Yes, you can purchase blank stock for some items. Minimum order is 20. Click on the item you wish to order |
| and if available as blank stock you will see the option to order it blank. Blank stock includes envelopes. |
Tickets are not available as blank stock. (un printed)

Our security is of the highest level. We use the highest level of encryption and the latest security tools to ensure that you feel secure. All processing occurs through Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

Notes: All orders are paid in full when you hit the proceed button. Please use an email address that you check. Tracking info will be emailed when your order ships.
Should a mistake on our part happen we will correct and reship. Should you need a change after you have approved your order we can discount a reprint.
Re-Orders: If you need to add on to a previous order you may simply email us. Some items do have a minimum quantity on re-orders.
Shipping: We ship several methods. Please make your selection in the shopping cart.
Shipping time does not include processing time. Shipping charges may be adjusted if needed as shipping charges are determined by weight and location.
UPS ships to HI via next day air only. Delivery is not guaranteed unless it's next day air. If delivery is delayed only the shipping charges can be refunded. We don't take returns or issue a credit if your order fails to be delivered on time. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Processing varies by item. Generally processing is 1-3 business days post proof approval subject to stock availability.
Photo cards take longer. Please see the specific time you are ordering for processing times.
Printing Method Please see the specific for the item you are ordering. We use flat printing for all. No raised ink. Standard ink color is black.
Cancellations:
If you want to cancel, you must notify us via email before close of business the same day your order is placed. (5PM pacific) to avoid a fee. (The order is voided.)
Orders cancelled after the close of business prior to a proof being emailed are charged a 5% cancellation fee. (This covers transactions fees from Visa and Master Card associated with your order.)
Orders cancelled after a proof has been provided are charged a 10.00 fee. (This covers transactions fees and proof time.)
After your approval is given, your order can not be canceled.
Photo cards: please check with the specific item you are ordering.
Refund receipts will be emailed for your records. All sales are final and returns are not accepted.
